Hi:
When I resume from suspend-to-RAM, my USB keyboard does not work. If I unplug 
and then replug it, it begins working as normal.

Strangely, I can resume from STR by pressing the keyboard, but it still
will not work after the resume completes.

I have tried various additions to the SUSPEND_MODULES line in
/etc/pm/config.d/xxx but with no avail.

Here are the last few lines of dmesg, which seem to be most pertinent
(these are the lines where I am unplugging and replugging the keyboard):
