*** This bug is a duplicate of bug 363795 ***
    https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/363795

how is it a duplicate but when the other is really a dupicate of this one?
the one u say this one is a duplicate of is marked

Bug #363795 reported by alex <https://bugs.launchpad.net/%7Esmitt-udm> on
2009-04-19 (Activity
log<https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/debconf/+bug/363795/+activity>)
thats april 19th. i reported on april 6th

so bug 363795 is marked april 19th. which is 13 days later.

perhaps you can help me understand how something i posted april 6th could be
a duplicate of something posted 13 days later. and i not in any way being
sarcastic. i new to the ubuntu forums and i thought i checked to make sure
there was no pre-existing bug report. so if i missed something plz i would
appreciate to know how not to miss it again in future.

also this exit status issue. is it a reflection on the updater or the pakage
itself? where as i believe once the txdata is installed without error that
it works properly.

also im new to gmail. and i got this in my mail. not checked till today. i
clicking reply within the mail. i hope this works correctly and is sent to
you and not posted on the site. if posted on the site please remove this
comment from site as i dont feel this should be a official responce for
public view. i only trying to be helpful and bette understand things.

thank you very much
