Hi I installed Ubuntu 9.04 RC 64 bits and later upgraded to the final version using the "apt-get upgrade" command. I have noticed that the update-manager icon is not shown in the notification area when new updates are available. What I have done is to access the update manager daily checking for possible new updates. Is this problem related to this bug? Is there a way of solving this problem?
