Network was up and traffic to Ubuntu servers was fine (managed to
security update another machine on same network at same time).

After upgrade, I tried to manually install this package (thru Synaptic),
but failed again. Then tried uninstall, which seemed to fail too,
because it tried to download package before uninstall. However Synaptic
showed it removed from installed packages list. I also removed
flashplugin-installer (ok) and then installed adobe-flashplugin (ok).
Now flash works (from Firefox).
