I can confirm it on a fresh Jaunty RC install. It occured when adding "deb http://www.ftd4linux.nl/releases/ubuntu jaunty main" and the matching key (http://www.ftd4linux.nl/releases/ubuntu/gpg.key) to the Synaptic Package Manager.
