Hello, Chris:

I am new to Linux but I do realize there is s a "Cancel" Option. However, I
do not recall ever exercising that option during the 2 upgrades. Ultimately
I have something else more seriously wrong bc my system will no longer boot
past the Ubuntu logo screen since I restarted the system after the
OpenOffice Error froze the unit. I have a about 3 thin blue vertical lines
on a black screen. Can the system OS be repaired or will I need to
re-install Ubuntu completely?

Thanks.
