Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make
Ubuntu better. Unfortunately we can't fix it without more information.
Please include information as to the make and model of the system that
is showing the issues. Especially for the Fn+F11/F12 hotkeys, this is
highly hardware-dependant.
As for the pulseaudio issues, please revert your changes from module-
alsa-sink device=dmix and run the 'pulseaudio -vvv' command in a
terminal, re-try your tests with RealPlayer or another sound program,
and paste the results here. You might need to kill the running
PulseAudio instance first by issuing 'pulseaudio -k'.
