On more investigating. I found that when it takes long time, it uses uhci_hcd driver instead of ehci_hcd so I am getting the USB mounted as USB 1.1 instead of 2.0 . Another thing is that it happens when I am using a docking station with my laptop. If I remove the docking station it works fine. So something happens when docking station is used.
