Kubuntu Jaunty klipper 4:4.2.2-0ubuntu2 openoffice.org-writer 1:3.0.1-9ubuntu3
I have the same bug as Brice described. It is easy to reproduce: 1. Open OpenOffice Writer and another random application 2. Type some text, select it 3. Press ctrl+c several times 4. Try to switch to the other application on the taskbar 5. If you could switch, go back to OO and repeat from step 3. In a few tries the bug occurs. The desktop freezes completely for about five seconds. Running Klipper from Konsole the following output is produced for every occurrence (yes, for every single occurrence exactly ten lines are produced): QClipboard: Cannot transfer data, no data available QClipboard: Cannot transfer data, no data available QClipboard: Cannot transfer data, no data available QClipboard: Cannot transfer data, no data available QClipboard: Cannot transfer data, no data available QClipboard: Cannot transfer data, no data available QClipboard: Cannot transfer data, no data available QClipboard: Cannot transfer data, no data available QClipboard: Cannot transfer data, no data available QClipboard: Cannot transfer data, no data available QClipboard: Cannot transfer data, no data available ** Changed in: kdebase-workspace (Ubuntu) Status: New => Confirmed -- Copy & Paste work intermittently with Klipper https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/311251 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Kubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to kdebase-workspace in ubuntu. -- kubuntu-bugs mailing list kubuntu-b...@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/kubuntu-bugs
