Public bug reported: Binary package hint: firefox-3.0
Dear friends, Attached is a screen shot of the menu which selects the language to check the spelling for. It has both "he_IL" and "Hebrew / Israel". Both "en_US" and "English / United States" and so on. It is not clear why this duplicity exists. I think it should be expected that there will be only one menu item for each language, in the long format "<Language> / <Location>". Many blessings.
