@lesosk I think you might be looking for answers in the wrong place as I don't think the fullscreen crash issue you are experiencing is related to this patch. I had the same issue before I applyed the patch and I had the same issue after I applied the patch.
You might need to file another bug report or look to see if someone else has done so.
