My computer is Acer TravelMate 7520G. Ubuntu 9.04 Jaunty Jackalope.
Sound card is working otherwise ok, but the internal microphone does't
work at all. I've tired modifying the alsa-base.conf file's last row to
read like: options snd-hda-intel model=acer-aspire, options snd-hda-
intel model=acer and the third one for digital built-in acer mic. None
of the above have worked.
>From the user's point of wiev it seems like the microphone cannot be activated

After test recording with mic activated the result is only static noise
during play-back.
