a new installation for my 17" Touchscreen iiyama T1730S

due to the lack of a cd-rom i've used Ubuntu 9.04 netbook remix usb-
image for installation and, what a surprise:
Drag works now! (after adjusting longtouched value), but:
Calibrationtool didn't work for me
Startup with other than native screen resolution is misscalibrated (did not
resize to proper resolution) but works fine aufter disconnect&reconnect the
usb-touch
change the longtouched value to hold-down mousekey1:
