jennifer, i dont know if you managed to fix this, but under archlinux i had this very same problem (same laptop)
i had to manually remove some modules to get it to resume correctly. so i resorted to creating a special hook for pm-suspend (adding the modules to the suspend_modules viariable didnt cut it for me).. here it goes: file located at /etc/pm/sleep.d/ should be +x ** Attachment added: "hook run during suspend / resume to disable modules / reenable them" http://launchpadlibrarian.net/26677371/12modules -- Intrepid regression: Suspend from Gnome menu fails to resume on Twinhead H12Y clone laptop https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/305339 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
