I confirm the bug. Kubuntu 6.10 amd64, NVidia, TwinView on: Option "TwinViewOrientation" "RightOf"
Menu (main application menu, context menu) is OK in e.g. KWord, AbiWord, but it is not properly shown in OpenOffice writer.
