debtags version: 1.6.6ubuntu3
The changelogs of debtags show that it no longer depends on apt-index-
watcher

* Redesign with new libept.
* New update algorithm, finally getting rid of apt-index-watcher and
allowing to integrate custom tag sources more easily.
