Not sure anymore about the way to reproduce. When I posted, disabling the "Auto-clean when logging out" option seemed to clear the problem, but after a couple ou days, the problem is back again, with the option disabled.

The bug seems very random, but more than half the time, the added bookmark is gone when restarting Firefox.
