It appears to be that my keyboard is broken: It show the same behaviour on Windows Vista.
In any case the configuration appears to be correct, but my original keycode list had an error: keycode 179 should be mapped to XF86Music, not keycode 129. Good news is that everything else works as expected. Great job!
