Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make
Ubuntu better. Unfortunately we can't fix it without more information. I
have attempted to reproduce this in Xubuntu 9.04. I could not reproduce
it in Xfce4-terminal, so I added gnome-terminal. I still can not
reproduce it. Do you have any compositors in use? If you are using
compiz, can you turn it off and see if this bug exists. Also, please
attach your ~/.xsession-errors log file as a plain text file. Thanks
