After upgrade to Jaunty I cannot move the panel in any way except for making when they are not expanded automatically (which is not an acceptable workaround). No combinations of mouse clicks, ctrl and/or alt keys held down has been successful. Since this is prevalent on two different machines only after Jaunty-upgrade others ought to be affected by this as well. Is this the same issue or am I better off opening a new bug item about it?
