Hi, you have to put Front Mic to 100% and Front Mic Boost to 0% in your HDA Intel (Alsa mixer). Maybe you have to set Recorder to 100% and activate the mic, but it seems like it is tuning itself down while using skype. Then start skype and set all audio on HDA Intel (hw:Intel,0) and do the test call.
