Hi, I'm not the reporter, anyway - got the problem. There is no ext4 involved at all on my system.
Last try was to deny the bluetooth dameon to come up (init script > exit ...). This worked very well for about a week without reboots and freezes. ...until yesterday as I connected my android phone and played some around with adb and fastboot.
