Public bug reported: Binary package hint: dietlibc
There is no dietlibc on lpia, which I understand is the same machine architecture as i386 but optimised for low power consumption. It should be possible to fool dietlibc into thinking lpia==i386, or even use the i386 binary package on lpia. The mksh package comes with /bin/mksh-static, which is linked against dietlibc if available and would benefit from that. ** Affects: dietlibc (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- dietlibc not available on lpia https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/382360 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
