Hi Leann Ogasawara, To your above question: yes, almost all Ubuntu distros have the similar problem, later or earlier, independently from their installation with wubi near a Windows op. system or in case of using clean install to a separate hard disk. On separate hard disk only one continuously appearing package is in question, while in case of wubi installed one there are two or three packages that can not be installed as replacement.
