No, actually in 2.7.99.1, no other accel mode except UXA is available
(EXA and XAA are stripped out) so by definition if -intel loads you're
using UXA.  The setting no longer needs to be specified in xorg.conf.

Rather, your problem is that for whatever reason the xserver is not
detecting your card as supported by -intel:

 (II) Scanning /usr/share/xserver-xorg/pci directory for additional PCI ID's 
supported by the drivers
 (II) No matches found for this device in /usr/share/xserver-xorg/pci

You may be able to work around the bug by specifying your driver as
"intel" in your xorg.conf.
