Hello, I followed the link you gave me. From the Terminal I typed: firefox -ProfileManager like it told me to do so I could start another profile and try the default settings.
This did not work. It just opened the firefox browser as if I just typed: firefox I also tried typing: firefox -Profilemanager firefox -profilemanager firefox -P None of these opened up a Profile manager. No Videos or audios work in my firefox browser except Youtube----but they are extremely slow and poor performance. This seems to have happened after I installed from the Konsole libxine1-mpeg for my Amarock. Is this possible that it would affect firefox? It is the only thing that I can think of that I did that might have something to do with the problem. I did not install the flash plugin installer from the terminal. I just went to adobe website and re- installed the flashplayer -- Videos will not play anymore https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/383376 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
