Public bug reported:

Hi,

When I run a program linked with openmpi in Ubuntu karmic. It runs OK but
with the following warnings
of undefined symbol: ompi_mpi_abort. This is minor but it can be annoying. If
you can help to fix, that will be great!

It is a two processor job. So the warnings are

[VM64:09706] mca: base: component_find: unable to open
/usr/lib/openmpi/lib/openmpi/mca_osc_pt2pt:
/usr/lib/openmpi/lib/openmpi/mca_osc_pt2pt.so: undefined symbol: ompi_mpi_abort
(ignored)
[VM64:09706] mca: base: component_find: unable to open
/usr/lib/openmpi/lib/openmpi/mca_osc_rdma:
/usr/lib/openmpi/lib/openmpi/mca_osc_rdma.so: undefined symbol: ompi_mpi_abort
(ignored)
