The problem doesn't happen for me anymore. I've upgraded KDE from 4.2.2 to 4.2.3 (and restarted X) since the bug was reported, and it seems to have gone away. I don't remember an upgrade to Flash or Firefox, though, so I'm not sure exactly what fixed the problem.
