Thank you for sending in your bug report. I would like some more information
about this problem. Could you reboot and run "memtest" from the grub boot
loader and post the results here, please? Also, you can try running the
following to check your hard drive from gnome-terminal:
sudo /sbin/badblocks -v /dev/sda (assuming /dev/sda is your hard drive device
that / is mounted to)
sudo /sbin/fsck -y /dev/sda
