Public bug reported: I am using Funambol as synchronisation server for my PDA, Mobiles and Sunbird (contacts and calendar). Since upgrade from ubuntu 8.10 to 9.04 the Funambol server doesn't start automatically at boot time.
There is a startup script called "funambol" in /etc/init.d. In /etc/rc2.d there is a link to the startup script. When I start this script manually (either from /etc/init.d or via the link in /etc/rc2.d) as root funambol starts without problems. But when I boot my computer, the server doesn't start. In 8.10 this worked without problems. ** Affects: ubuntu Importance: Undecided Status: New -- Funambol doesn't start at boot time via /etc/rc2.d https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/384555 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
