I got what happens to me. After hibernation (when notebook recovers again), when i definitely login (it asks for my password to login after hibernation) i can see Ubuntu asks me how I want to shutdown the system, exactly as if I pressed power button (but I didn't!!). So if I am not quick enough (60 seconds) system will shutdown automatically as expected when you press power button and wait. I hope i've been clear...
