It seems that by making the symbolic link makes the icon appear twice. Probably using "mv" instead of "ln -s" would be more appropriate.
@Marlon: I don't remember exactly, but I noticed that the library (/usr/lib/kde4/kcm_kcmsambaconf.so) and the .desktop file had a slightly different name, while the other modules all had a perfect correspondence.
