[[UbuntuOne#Technical datails]] should result in a link to: http://wiki.ubuntu.com/UbuntuOne#Technical%20details however, it instead results in a (non-working) anchor link to: http://wiki.ubuntu.com/UbuntuOne#Technical+details which does not work.
