Hi, I add my experience with this chipset. I use Ubuntu for many years on a ASUS S6 laptop and i 've never got any problems with wifi connection until a fresh install of 9.04. I loose the wlan connection randomly. Notice, i can connect to a public hotspot of my internet box (freebox HD) when i can't reach my private network in the same box. I loose both after a time, even while no activity.
