Anyway, upstream doesn't want emblems, so they replaced home and desktop with full icons. I agree with them, especially because it's not possible to see an emblem in a 16x16 icon (for instance the panel or gtk file chooser)
I won't paste emblems inside the folder icon, I will try to propose something better, if I will be able.
