pgadmin3 1.8.4-3, Jaunty. I can confirm this. I does not seems to be insufficient memory problem (tested with 3GB of RAM), but 8500 lines can be too much for the poor clipboard after all. As a reasonable workaround I suggest using the "Execute to file" feature.
