The high cost factors I have set in my new rules as these rules are only a fallback. Conversion rules taking into account the particular type of text should be preferred (they have a lower cost factor), to assure that things like prettyprint work correctly. Due to the high cost factor my rules will only be used if there is no way to get a filter path when using the particular types of text directly.
