Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: netbase

I enabled parallel init before upgrade to 9.04 using some package that
went and rummaged through my rcx.d dirrectories and rearranged them ( i
cant remember the package but it even created a backup tar.gz so I can

upgraded since the rc(x).d packages were not in right places several of
the packages did not configure properly and my starting from my system
console to my network everything is not setup and working right.
