Public bug reported:

When booting my computer usb subsystem is disabled because of crash in
khubd. It seems to be random after I upgraded to Karmic a few days ago.
I have seen it happening with 2.6.30-8 and 2.6.30-9.

This causes all USB service not to work so I can't use my mouse which is
only device connected when crashes happened.
