Binary package hint: update-notifier-common
Kubuntu 9.04, update-notifier-common 0.76.8, update-notifier-kde 0.19
update-notifier-kde says that there are 8 updates available, but apt-get
upgrade (and KPackageKit) says that there are only 4 blocked updates (so
0 updates available). I put in a debugging line to apt_check.py to print
out cand_ver and inst_ver around line 100, and got this output:

The 4 packages that don't have the version number in the package name
are the ones that apt-get has as being blocked. I'm not sure if it's
just a matter of update-notifier-kde not checking for blocked packages
or some other bug.
