Public bug reported:

Why is freemind in the multiverse repository?
(according to
http://packages.ubuntu.com/search?keywords=freemind&searchon=names this happens
in each release from hardy to karmic)

My guess is that initially freemind depended on the non-free Sun Java,
and hence was put in multiverse. However, now the free OpenJDK Java is
available, and probably freemind can be moved to universe repository.

There are probably also other packages that depends on Java and are in
the multiverse repository even if now these packages should belong to
the universe repository.

** Affects: freemind (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
