Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: evolution-mapi

After i installed evolution-mapi package (because i need to connect to
exchange 2007) i can't access preferences anymore. As soon as i select
that from menu, evolution exists/crashes. When i remove package,
everything is back to normal. When running evolution from terminal i get
following output.

** (evolution:4235): DEBUG: Loading Exchange MAPI Plugin

** (evolution:4235): DEBUG: MAPI listener is constructed with 0 listed MAPI
accounts
** (evolution:4235): DEBUG: mailto URL command: evolution %s
** (evolution:4235): DEBUG: mailto URL program: evolution
** (evolution:4235): DEBUG: EI: SHELL STARTUP
camel-imap-provider-Message: Unable to load summary: no such table: Deleted
Items

camel-imap-provider-Message: Unable to load summary: no such table: Junk
E-mail

EI: MAIL PREFSSegmentation fault

I also tried to remove all preferences by destroying folder
~/.gconf/apps/evolution/mail and then restarting computer. I started
evolution and it asked to create email account. I created my default
IMAP account and it works, but still i can't access preferences. I would
need to add at least two more accounts, one of which would be that
exchange account.
