Regarding translation, "'s" is common only in English, if I'm not mistaken? Other languages are more complicated than that - they have genders. As for Slavic languages, I guess they'll just ignore English perception and translate it as 'Personal folder' or something like that (or in worst case just 'Username'). Cause, if user is female it would be 'Ivankini podaci' (Ivanka) and if it's male, it would be 'Petrovi podaci' (Petar) - no, even 'Data of ${username}' isn't unique for both genders.
