Please don't point out windows addons as usability exemples. Addons are not always well integrated into the system because they are addons.
Look at the thing like if you were discovering what a computer is. Would you honestly say : "hey i'd like to make a pdf with that document, maybe i should look at print options ?" Don't forget that printing as a definition that people know and that Ubuntu can't change.
