Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: apport

The instructions for filing a bug against the linux package instruct
users to type "ubuntu-bug -p linux". This fails in karmic with the
following error dialog box:

The problem cannot be reported:

This is not a genuine Ubuntu package

Running "ubuntu-bug linux" works. This bug report was generated using
"ubuntu-bug -p apport", so the "-p" option is still valid for some
packages.
