We need liferea maintainer to say that they want to use Rosetta for
translations officially (to avoid having people translate it here, yet
ending up not used anywhere).
Otherwise, if liferea is part of Feisty "main" series, it will be
imported automatically once Feisty is open for translation. If it is in
"universe", we are unfortunately not yet offering translations for
universe packages.
