This message started appearing after I configured my wireless network with WPA encryption in /etc/network/interfaces, and after a lot of tries to configure it via Network Manager GUI. By the way, I do not have problems with off-line notifications like the ones mentioned here. Also toolkit.networkmanager.disable is false in Firefox. Is still something wrong in my network connection or this message is just informational? thanks.
