Public bug reported: Installing kubuntu-desktop caused the gnome themes to become a sort of gnome/kde hybrid.
Some examples are; -Some bit's of the menu bar are black like the theme, other bit's near icons are silverish white. -Words like the time/date and opened programs are covered by a sort of line (see screenshot) -The icons are different -Other weird things like selected objects in nautilus and programs highlighted in blue Changing the theme in appearances doesn't help, through some themes have less problems than others. I.e. Human theme while looking different at least doesn't have multicoloured menubars I'm using Ubuntu 9.04 and the version of kubuntu-desktop is 1.122 ** Affects: kubuntu-meta (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- Installing kubuntu-desktop causes gnome themes to become kde hybrids https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/395392 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
