Please sync icewm 1.2.37+1.3.4pre2-3 (universe) from Debian unstable
(main).
Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
Debian has added call of dh_icons and bumped up debhelper dependency
which was the only ubuntu change. So package can be synced.
