Successfully reproduced this bug in 0.47 pre-release as downloaded from Bryce's link. I've attached a screenshot.
To reproduce, draw a square filled with any color, set it as a pattern, then make a larger rectangle-shape and fill with that pattern. As you move the pattern-filled object and/or resize it, small seams appear. This also shows up in exported images.
